An abridged, concise PowerPoint presentation of the comprehensive and inspirational study by Dr. Angel Rodríguez, prepared by Claire Eva, Asst. Director. The presentation is based on the primary influence that shaped Ellen White’s understanding of tithing—the Word of God—and lists the basic theological concepts that she discovered and shared with her readers. Tithing in the New Testament and the Christian Church (ppt)
This abridged presentation summarizes Dr. Angel Rodríguez’ book by the same name. The question is posed: “Is there any evidence that early Christians supported the gospel ministry through their tithes?” The work investigates this important question in order to reveal the biblical basis for the practice of tithing in the Christian church.
